At PRANA head spa & wellness, Prana Head Spa & Wellness is a refined integration of scalp health and intentional relaxation, where every service is designed with a trichology-focused approach to support the foundation of healthy hair. While we offer a luxurious spa experience, our priority goes beyond aesthetics—focusing on targeted scalp treatments, holistic care, and Vedic-inspired acupressure techniques that stimulate circulation, encourage hair growth, and promote deep stress relief. Operating within a private, single-suite environment, we intentionally do not book simultaneous appointments to ensure each guest receives a fully personalized, one-on-one experience in a suite and uninterrupted setting. We recognize that scalp care can be deeply personal, which is why we’ve created a space that feels safe, serene, and restorative—an escape from the demands of daily life. By preserving the integrity of energy exchange throughout each session, we are able to work with focus, presence, and alignment, delivering treatments that nurture both physical and energetic well-being. Guided by our philosophy that a healthy scalp produces healthy hair, we are committed to curating elevated experiences that support long-term results, inner balance, and overall wellness. Please review the descriptions to find just the right service for you. We are open by appointment only Tuesdays, Thursday-Sundays. Closed on Mondays and Wendays At booking a credit card is required to reserve your appointment but not charged until check out. Gift Cards are available following the link at top of this page. Important Information: Please avoid braids, tight styles, or extensions, as various massage techniques and tools are used throughout the treatment. If you experience dizziness, vertigo, or blood pressure conditions, please notify us in advance so we can adjust the service safely. At Prana Head Spa, we do not accept simultaneous services at the moment. We are located in a private suite and currently operate with one treatment bed only. This allows us to provide a peaceful, personalized, one-on-one experience for every guest. We appreciate your understanding Recommended every 4–6 weeks for optimal scalp health. Please note: booked time includes an additional 30 minutes reserved for sanitation and disinfection protocols between guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Cancellation Policy At Prana Head Spa, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared in advance to provide you with a truly personalized, uninterrupted experience. Because your time is set aside exclusively for you, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made within less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, while same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged to 50% fee. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened service time to avoid impacting the next guest’s experience, and the full service fee will still apply. We deeply value the time, energy, and care that goes into each session, from preparation to execution. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to reach out so we can do our best to accommodate you. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our time, our craft, and our commitment to delivering a high-quality, intentional experience for every guest At Prana Head Spa & Wellness, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest to ensure a relaxing and personalized experience. We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time, preferably 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining time available. This allows us to remain respectful of the appointments scheduled after yours and maintain the quality of each guest’s experience. Failure to arrive to your appointment without communication will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits, cancellation fees, or restrictions on future bookings. If you are running late or unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
